Certified technicians based at our headquarters in Florida are available by phone. If on-site repairs are needed, US Sublimation has service technicians strategically located across the country who can be dispatched to make the repairs at your place of business. 


 

 

 

Warrantee Service

Warrantee service is offered for all equipment and software sold through PrintVillage. Products and equipment purchased through a US Sublimation dealer are supported by the dealer that sold the system or product.

 

 

 

Service Contracts

A service contract offers peace of mind and protection beyond the expiration of your equipment's warrantee period. US Sublimation offers a variety of packages tailored to your specific needs.

Ink Conversions

US Sublimation is committed to making sure that its products are set up for optimal results. When properly executed, an ink conversion is not as difficult as you may think. Our trained technicians will purge and clean your printer, replace the dampers, and confirm that the ink train is in good shape. Once the system is clean and ready, new inks are installed and the printer is linearized and custom profiled. In most cases the process takes one or two business days.  In any event, our technician will stay until the job is done.

 

 

System Tune-Up

Are you feeling unsure of whether your equipment is performing as it should? Are your colors or image quality no longer what they used to be? Equipment and manufacturing systems benefit from daily maintenance and periodic tune-ups. US Sublimation can dispatch a professional service technician to tune up your printers and heat presses.

 

 

Color Management

Do your blacks have a green or brown tint? Are you having problems producing colors like navy blue or cherry red?

In many cases, two printers of the same make and model using the same inks with identical settings will print differently due to minor variations in the alignment. Different substrates can also contribute to color differences, as can heat press settings, the paper brand, and environmental conditions. Our color specialists have an eye for color and can minimize those differences so that your colors are uniform from substrate to substrate, no matter which printer was used to print the job.  We also supply custom spot colors, profiles, and color matching services.

 

 

Training

Have you ever found yourself trying to finish a big job on Friday afternoon, when suddenly the printer starts banding after printing ten feet of paper? No matter how many cleanings you do, after ten more feet of printing the banding comes back. It's Friday afternoon and the technician won’t be available until Monday afternoon, so your productions halts. When the technician finally arrives, he pull out a damper, puts in a new one and in ten minutes the printer is up and running! US Sublimation tries to help its customers be as independent as possible, so that a dirty damper will not stop their production. Factory training is available for the following products:

·   Mimaki printers (at Mimaki facilities)*

·   Velotex all-in-one direct textile systems (in Florida)*

·   Wasatch software (via WebEx)

On-site training by US Sublimation staff is available.

 

* US Sublimation will cover the cost of the classes.  Travel, dining, and lodging costs are the customer’s responsibility.
