Through PrintVillage or your local US Sublimation Authorized Dealer expert technical service is available nationwide. PrintVillage has the right expert for the job whether it's a repair, system tune-up, color management, installation or training, this knowledge is transferred to our dealers through factory training classes and an online based wiki system updated regularly.

Warrantee Service

Warranty repairs covered by the "Ink train warranty" are performed by your dealer. PrintVillage's industrial users receive technical support and training directly from PrintVillage technicians.

Velotex Xpress Warranty service is provided by US Sublimation's network of factory trained independent technicians, through a nationwide network of Service Centers.

Customers that are interested in acquiring advanced technical and repair knowledge can attend advanced classes that will put them in a position of performing their own repairs and achieve true independence. Contact us for details.

Installations

On-site installations are performed by factory trained technicians. Our staff will assemble the equipment, install software and make all the necessary network connections. After calibrating and fully testing the equipment the technician will train the customer or a designated operator on all functions, menu navigation and operation along with basic maintenance and repair procedures.

System Tune-Up

In dye sublimation proper settings and well functioning equipment are crucial for a trouble free production. Our staff can perform a diagnostic inspection of the printers, heat presses, software and production room environment after which proper calibration and adjustments are made in order to optimize production and eliminate waste and downtime.
