Velotex is a complete system designed to make dye sublimation easy to implement and operate. All the elements necessary for a trouble free and profitable dye sublimation production are included  in an easy to use, low cost system that doesn't require months of training or a large investment.

RELIABLE PRINT ENGINE

Based on a proven and reliable 64" high speed print engine, the Velotex Xpress wide format dye sublimation printer is equipped with a single 8 channel micro-Piezo print head. An "ink pit" positioned on the print plate collects any excess ink that travels through the the fabric and eliminates the risk of ink smearing on the reverse side. At 540x720 Velotex Xpress prints 62 linear feet an hour (312 sq.ft.) of textiles that are already cured and ready to finish. Automatic head cleaning, easy head alignment and easy maintenance are just a few of the features that make Velotex Xpress the ultimate textile printing solution for the modern print shop.

IN-LINE DYE SUBLIMATION UNIT

The Velotex Xpress Textile Printing System incorporates an In-Line direct dye sublimation unit that is designed to cure the dye sublimation ink while printing eliminating the need for a separate curing step on a heat press, steamer or other curing device. The advanced design of the system guarantees complete penetration. The final product is was fast and ready to be used indoor or outdoor. The Velotex Direct Dye Sublimation Unit also incorporates an innovative independent fabric stabilization system that works with the printer to keep the textile properly tensioned and prevents skewing !

DESIGNED FOR THE SIGNS & GRAPHICS INDUSTRY

Velotex is unique as it is designed with the modern digital graphics professionals in mind rather than the traditional textile industry. Velotex Xpress is a wide format printer that uses textile media just like a traditional wide format printer would use vinyl or paper. Textile specific functions are automated eliminating the guesswork or years of experience that are typically necessary to master textile printing. The printer, the inks and the media are precisely calibrated and all the tools needed for a perfect print, such as an advanced and easy to use RIP software, color profiles and a wide range of pre-calibrated textiles, are included and integrated in the system.

WATER BASED DYE SUBLIMATION INK:

Highly concentrated dye sublimation inks manufactured in Switzerland for rich vibrant colors and maximum penetration the LFP S4 ink set is used by major industrial establishments to manufacture products from well known brands. With an average cost of $0.11 per square foot LFP S4 delivers rich, vibrant, accurate colors while keeping your prices competitive. Fully tested against ISO 105 standards for light fastness, wash fastness, rubbing and other relevant qualities, US Sublimation's LFP dye sublimation ink complies with ETAD and CONEG metal content requirements as well as self imposed stringent environmental standards. US Sublimation LFP Dye Sublimation inks are also suitable for production of textiles in line with Oeko-Tex 100 standards.

FULL LINE OF COMPATIBLE TEXTILES

FuZion Fabrics for Velotex is a full line of pre-profiles and tested textiles that include an economy series, a Platinum series and a Green Series. The economy line offers the budget conscious customer 5 of the most popular styles such as a flag mesh, a mirror flag, two silk fabrics and a mirror feather material. The Platinum Series includes 12 styles of high quality textiles made in the USA including 3 styles made with recycled fibers fray free options for easy finishing with a good pair of scissors or sharp utility knife. All styles in the FuZion Platinum series are FP rated.

Wasatch Velotex Edition is an easy to use and very intuitive software that will help you organize and standardize your workflow and output.
