When it comes to basic maintenance and repairs, US Sublimation's philosophy is to teach customers to be independent so that they can perform basic repairs and maintenance procedures without having to schedule and pay for a technician. Besides the obvious savings on labor, the main advantage is that in case of minor equipment failures production can resume quickly – often within minutes – without the need to schedule a technician.
On-site technical support is available nationwide for more complicated problems, warrantee-covered services, or any other situation in which you prefer to have the assistance of a certified technician.
ON-SITE Technical Service
When available, manufacturers’ direct training for products is provided free of charge with the purchase of a system. One example is Wasatch product training, which has a $99 value and is free to customers who purchase a US Sublimation system.
US Sublimation is committed to making sure that its products are set up for optimal results. When properly executed, an ink conversion is not as difficult as you might think. Our trained technicians will purge and clean your printer, replace the dampers, and confirm that the ink train is in good shape. Once the system is clean and ready, new inks are installed and the printer is linearized and custom profiled. In most cases, the process takes one or two business days. In any event, our technician will stay until the job is done.
