Ink Train Warranty
US Sublimation offers the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. If US Sublimation inks are proven to be the cause of a breakdown to a component of the printer's ink train during the initial OEM warranty period, then US Sublimation will provide parts or reimbursement costs required to repair the damage to the ink train.

The ink train includes any part of the printer that comes in to contact with the ink during normal operations such as print heads, ink lines and capping stations. Consumables such as dampers and wiper blades are not covered by this warranty.

Please note that US Sublimation inks are only licensed for use on wide format printers that are 42 inches wide or more, users should not use US Sublimation inks on small format printers and this warranty does not cover damages caused by the improper use of the ink in printers that are narrower than 42".
