Product Description
US SUBLIMATION LFP Series: This is US
Sublimation's main dye sublimation ink line. Manufactured in
Switzerland, tested against ISO 105 standards, and with an average
of 15% more dispersed dyes than the competition, it's no wonder that
the LFP dye sublimation ink line offers some of the richest,
densest, and most brilliant colors in the industry. Delivered with
an ink formula that is fast-drying, non-clogging, gentle on your
equipment, and safe for the environment, LFP is the number one
choice of large production facilities and high-end ateliers the
world over. US Sublimation's LFP is also one of the few dye
sublimation inks that is manufactured with Oeko-Tex 100 compliance
standards in mind. Offering the widest color gamut on the market
today, along with the ability to reproduce true deep blacks (not
green or brown), neutral grays, and rich reds such as "blood red"
and "candy apple red," US Sublimation LFP is the smart choice for
dye sublimation printers who care about color output, consistency,
and light-fastness. Licensed for use on wide-format printers and
manufactured to the highest quality standards, US Sublimation LFP
comes with an extended ink train and print head warranty program.
US Sublimation LFP ink is the best dye sublimation ink money can
buy. It offers up to 30% more dyes than those of the competition,
yet US Sublimation's LFP ink is still competitively priced. |

Product Description |
Product Description
US SUBLIMATION ElvaJet Series is the
latest generation of dye sublimation inks for industrial wide format
ink jet printing. Through a proprietary manufacturing process ink
dispersed dye concentration is raised up to 30% over the already
color rich original LFP formula without compromising ink flow
performance.
This unique feature offers a number
of distinct advantages:
In a traditional dye sublimation printing set up using High Release
papers, ElvaJet allows to reduce ink output by at least 30% reducing
the the amount of water needed to deliver the dyes, as a result
paper cockling is eliminated and head crashes are no more!
In situations where inkjet could not deliver the proper
concentration to achieve proper penetration of the substrate such as
in gaming tables production, ElvaJet combined with a High Release
paper can now deliver dye densities that are closer to those
achieved with traditional screen printed dye sublimation papers.
Finally, due to the high dye density expensive specialty coated
papers are no longer as critical to achieve proper color saturations
and more cost affective solutions can be used in price sensitive
production environments such as t-Shirt production. When
ElvaJet SE100 inks are used in conjunction with JetTran EV40
industrial dye sublimation paper the cost of ink and paper can be
reduced by as much as 50% without compromising quality making inkjet
printing a viable alternative for very large production runs.

Product Description |
US SUBLIMATION UVMAX Series: UVMax is
the only light-fast dye sublimation ink on the market designed to
double – and in some cases triple – the life of printed images
exposed to UV rays. Available as a 4-color ink set, UVMax dye
sublimation ink can be direct printed or printed on paper and
transferred to the substrate with a heat press. UVMAX strongly
resists the harmful effects of UV rays, yet prints brilliant, well
saturated colors. UVMAX is also designed to comply with Oeko-Tex 100
standards, making it gentle on the environment and the skin. Common
applications for UVMAX include: garment printing (custom sportswear,
t-shirts, high fashion, and designer clothing); textile printing
(interior design and decoration, upholstery, curtains, flags,
banners, carpets, rugs, towels, etc.); sporting equipment (skis,
snowboards, skateboards); coated metal, ceramics, wood, tiles, and
plastics. UVMax has been tested against ISO105 and ASTM D3424
(method 4) standards for light fastness. |

Product Description |
InkVillage's DTX Textile Pigment Ink
Jet Ink is an aqueous-based ink jet ink designed for direct printing
on textiles and leather. This 9-color ink set is environmentally friendly and
meets all industry standards for commercial fabrics.
DTX can be printed on coated or
uncoated fabrics, including cotton, linen, viscose, Lycra,
polyester, silk, canvas and leather. DTX does not require
the use of transfer paper, but it does need to be post treated for
60 seconds at 350F. When used in the Velotex DT or in a D-Gen Teleios, the curing process is performed with an in-line heater
unit; therefore, a secondary treatment is not necessary.
DTX inks can also be used with
Epson-based garment printers such as the MS-ONE, Fast T-Jet and the DTG
Kiosk.
